Cancellations and Substitutions
Substitutions and changes can be made up until June 4, 2008, no changes accepted after the respected date. Cancellations and refunds for registrations received on or before April 18, 2008 will receive full refund minus $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations received between April 18, 2008 - May 16, 2008 will be refunded 50% registration fees, No refunds after May 16, 2008. In the unlikely event of a program cancellation, PMC will refund 100% of registration fees paid. PMC assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation. No audio or video taping permitted.
